大雪でした！ It was heavy snow!

昨日はこの地方は久しぶりの大雪、およそ７〜８センチの積雪でした。

夜中がなんか嫌に静かだったので雪が降っているのかなぁ？と気にはしていましたが、朝起きてみてびっくりでした。

お仕事の皆さまは通勤大変でしたでしょうに無事行けましたでしょうか？、私は流石に、いつもの朝のウォーキングは中止に、寒いのはいいんですが危なそうなのでやめときました。

あれだけ積もった雪も、お日様が出てくるとお昼前には溶けてしまい一安心でした。Yesterday, it was the first heavy snowfall in a long time in this region, with about 7-8 cm of snow. I wonder if it's snowing because it was unpleasantly quiet in the middle of the night. I was worried, but I was surprised when I woke up in the morning. It would have been difficult for all the workers to commute to work, but could they go safely? As expected, I stopped walking in the morning because it's nice to be cold but it seems dangerous. I was relieved that the snow that had accumulated that much melted before noon when the sun came out.
