今朝のウォーキングでのビデオです。
いつも黙々と歩いているのですが、瞑想しながらエネルギーと景色や音などいろいろと感じながら歩いています。時には写真を撮ったりビデオを回したり、何かを感じたりしてます。もちろん行き交う人々には挨拶しながら歩いてます。
This is a video of walking this morning. I always walk silently, but while meditating, I feel energy, scenery, sounds, and so on. Sometimes I take pictures, turn videos, and feel something. Of course, I walk while greeting the people who come and go.
